WEIGHT PROGRESSION CLASS | Wednesday 6:30am – 7:30am

This class will focus on weight progression. Each week we will be completing a full body weights workout and documenting your work success’. This class is built for any level of fitness as each person will be using the right weights for their level. Come on out and have a blast while building that muscle! 

  CIRCUITS BoxFIT HIIT | Friday 6:30am – 7:30am

This high- intensity interval training class will keep you moving for the hour with short breaks. Each class will consist of a full body workout that will never be the same twice. You will see all kinds of equipment changed up weekly such as battle ropes, bosu balls, weights, weighted hula hoops, and so much more. All ages are all levels of fitness are welcome as each exercise has different levels of difficulty and can be adjusted accordingly. 

FULL BODY TRX + BOXFIT | Saturday 8:00am – 9:00am

The TRX is a fun way to challenge yourself week after week. This class will give you a 30 minute full body workout allowing each participant to work at their own individual level. Using small movements each exercise can increase or decrease the difficulty making this a great class for any level of fitness.
