Do you have friends who want to work out with you? I also offer small group training in a private studio. This gives you the opportunity to sweat with your friends while having a great time!

ONE ON ONE TRAINING 

 

Large gyms can be intimidating as you’re trying to sweat!  At Dewildechild Fitness, you get one-on-one training in a private studio. It is just you and your personal trainer working together providing you with privacy as we push towards your gals!

Not from the Kitchener area? Not a problem! I offer remote training via online chat so that we can crush your goals together!
